Car was not prepped correctly for collection. The inside windows (front and rear) where dirty, at night you could not see out of the back of the car if a car was behind you with lights on. Car arrived with incorrectly spec'd seat colour.

Poor overall experience, car booked in incorrectly, advised at 3:25pm that i had a slow puncture, car was dropped off at 8:15am when i advised that i had to collect vehicle no later than 4:00pm. Replacement tyre not available.

Quite a shock to find I was expected to check in at a booth rather than explain what was needed. Service good and friendly. Wrong mileage put on MOT certificate but was corrected at my request.

All four tyres were well below the recommended minimum pressure and I had to top them up after the service was completed. It's not a major issue but this is the second time I've had to do this after the car has been serviced.

Feel like the automated system has removed any real interaction and personality that you should get with a premium brand. Very functional, but not particularly appealing. Even payment process was remote, token human interaction at the end.

We were told a stone chip has caused damage to the parking sensor. There is no visible stone chip on the parking sensor whatsoever. This is the third time we have been given poor advice.

The service is excellent, but not happy about the communication. I received several text messages from different mobile numbers. I replied one of them and asked for help of taking photos of the damaged part of the tyre, but no response.

Had a oil service and this was not updated on idrive. Was told all will be on first in 24hrs then in 48hrs but after visiting 3 times issue was still outstanding. On 4th visit I drive was manually updated but this did not sync with my BMW App.

Misinformed by Rachel on the phone about the allocation of costs with BMW UK. Was told BMW would pick up 70% or parts and 100% of labour. But in fact i had to pay all labour. I paid, but was denied any opportunity to negotiate. Won't return to BMW.

There were a couple of issues and a delay to new car being delivered. It got resolved. There was disappointment to have the washer service light come on 2 days after driving away, needing to fill it required 4ltr adding. Plus no spare tyre.
